Shipping policy

At Raptor Naturals, we do our best to make sure your order gets to you quickly, safely, and at a fair cost.

New Zealand Orders

• Courier Service: We use NZ Post for all our deliveries.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping to any New Zealand address that is serviceable by NZ Post.

• Urban Delivery: Flat rate of $7.

• Rural Delivery: Flat rate of $10.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please allow 2–4 working days for delivery. Note: Due to demand on courier services, some deliveries may take longer than expected.

International Orders

At present our automatic freight options cover New Zealand deliveries only. But International freight coming soon! If you’d like your order sent overseas, please email us at hello@raptornaturals.co.nz and we’ll provide you with a freight quote.
