Morepork is a nice natural take on a sauce that is traditionally packed full of cheap sweeteners, thickeners and liquid smoke. In this sauce, we’ve used natural and unrefined sweeteners, fresh onion and garlic and we’ve smoked our onions in Manuka to give a natural smoke flavour. It tastes like a real bbq sauce should!
