We recommend seasoning your lamb prior to cooking it. Not only will it enhance the flavour, but it will also help tenderise the meat. We highly recommend adding a glug or two of wine or stock to your pan juices after cooking to create a beautiful jus or gravy. Yum!

That really depends on the cut of meat. Lamb cutlets, for example, are best cooked hot and fast, either on the bbq grill, pan or in the oven.

Lamb leg, on the other hand, benefits from a lower temperature and longer cooking times, as do lamb shanks. When roasting and slow cooking, try seasoning and searing your meat cut first. It will offer an extra crunchy outer layer and an additional burst of flavour. Our Lamb & Vegetable Rub works perfectly on all cuts of lamb.
