We created this 'winner-winner-chicken-dinner' blend during the lockdown of 2020 when everyone was trying to create their own version of that beloved fried chicken at home. We didn't need to hide any of those secret ingredients, ('coz we don't use MSG) But with a dash of Kiwi ingenuity we’ve worked out how to add that famous umami flavour...by using freeze-dried ‘Quick Draw’ Fermented Slaw (kimchi powder) from our mates at Living Goodness. For anyone who likes a bit more heat in your hamburger, sizzle on your steak and kick on your chick(en). Try this mouth-watering blend of manuka smoked salt, chipotle, chillies and peppery horopito - balanced out with tenderisingly sweet kiwifruit powder for that 'mmm yum umami taste!
