- 2 tablespoons Smoky Salmon Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
- 1 Courgette, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 Button Mushrooms, halved
- 1 Capsicum, diced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 Red Onion, cut into wedges
