  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 white fish fillets (or 800g)
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (GF: use gluten free crumbs)
  • 2 tablespoons Greek Goodness Rub
  • 1 tablespoon capers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish with baking paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic, melted butter, and salt.
  3. Place the fish in the dish and spoon the lemon garlic sauce evenly over the fillets.
  4. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, Greek Goodness Rub, and scatter with capers.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden.
