We've created a lush new Merlot Steak Sauce like you would make at home; with NZ red wine, grass-fed beef stock with lashings of butter and a dash of rosemary. Yum! Dollop it straight onto your hot steak and let the rich and hearty sauce melt in your mouth.
Add this next next-level sauce to steak and chips, dollop over sausages and mashed spud or drizzle over chops and portobello mushrooms. Great with venison or beef cheeks and teams perfectly with mustard in a steak sandwich or burger. Try adding a few glugs to meatloaf or to liven up the gravy that's crying out for something a little bit fancy.
